Why the name?
Ben Hogan, one of the greatest golfers of all time once said “Up to a considerable point, as I see it, there’s nothing difficult about golf, nothing. I see no reason, truly, why the average golfer, if he goes about it intelligently, shouldn’t play in the 70s, and I mean by playing the type of shots a fine golf golfer plays”.
I honestly believe that if you have full use of your limbs and are in reasonable health then the above statement is true.

Who is this for?
I go to driving range and to the golf course regularly and see folks of varying skill levels who stand up to hit the ball (and some who have spent a serious amount of money on equipment), and have not a clue on the golf swing.
I see dads who are trying to teach their children the golf swing and – here is the worst – husbands trying to give golf tuition and golf tips to their wives!
